It is a scientific pilot study. The study depended on the fundamental premise that the labor market is the main determinant of demand on certain disciplines. Thus, it used all of the employment rates and the size of private investments in each productive activity as variables that reflect the needs of the labor market. The study found out the scientific disciplines required to be provided in the governorates of the country in order to help investors when establishing new educational institutions.
